As I am an artist by myself I know how hard it is to become recognized. When I finished my first book I was confronted with the same problems every artists will know very well. How to gain publicity? How to find a publishing house, a gallery, a producer, a model agency? You don’t only need talent to get known as an artist ,but you need connections, too, and money to receive the publicity you deserve.

I realised that connections are in fact even more important for your career than money, because they make one step forward for you, that might not be able for you even with money in the backround.

At this moment I started thinking about the internet at how easy it is to others using it and so I developed this idea further with an old school companion, who has the same enthusiasm in creating something new and useful.

Artition has been created to provide artists with all the tools they need to become recognized without investing a large amount of money or knowing people with great influence in the art industry.

We are offering every „Artition“ space to show work, ideas and personality, to share ideas and to connect with all the people important for an artistic career.
